Refunds & Cancellation

• General rule: because Services involve immediate provisioning, software deployment, labor allocation, and digital access, all payments are non-refundable once services have begun or access has been granted, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Setup fee: non-refundable once onboarding, template configuration, or domain registration has started.
• Subscriptions: cancel anytime from your dashboard; service continues through the paid period; no prorated refunds.
• Domains: registrations are final once submitted to the registry and are non-refundable; you retain the domain per registrar terms.
• Email mailboxes: cancel anytime; billing stops at the next cycle.
• Custom logo design: refundable before designer kickoff; non-refundable after concepts are delivered.

Chargebacks: contact us first; most billing issues resolve within one business day. Bad-faith chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension, termination, and recovery of associated costs where permitted by law.
